Board leaders express confidence that the transaction advances ACT’s mission and creates new opportunities for impact.

Iowa City, Iowa — The Board of Directors of IntermediaryEd today applauded ACT’s acquisition by ETS, calling it a powerful affirmation of ACT’s enduring mission and long-term value.

As an organization deeply connected to ACT’s history and purpose, IntermediaryEd believes the combination of two respected institutions creates a unique opportunity to expand impact for learners, educators, employers, and communities nationwide.
